- Send WhatsApp notifications and reminders
- Process payments and manage subscriptions

3. Video and AI Processing
Candidate video submissions are:
- Stored securely in encrypted cloud storage
- Processed using AI technology (Claude by Anthropic) for behavioral analysis
- Accessible only to authorized users within your organization
- Retained according to your selected storage plan
- Automatically deleted after the retention period expires
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service Providers: Cloud hosting (Firebase), AI processing (Anthropic), payment processing (Stripe), and messaging (Twilio)
- Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, sale, or acquisition

Our services are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed in servers located outside South Africa. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.
